As usual, I'm always seeding. Make sure you allow both incoming and outgoing connections to/from your torrent client in your firewall and also make sure you have a working port forward if you're behind a NAT router. Those are by far the most common problems that prevent people from downloading. If it still doesn't work after that, send me your IP-address in a PM and I will check the logs on my side to see what's going on.

I have stumbled upon your site by accident, but the limewire torrent download keeps saying that it doesnt have a p[rogramme associated with it to let me download or play it - help please.

I have denied Limewire access to the tracker because it misbehaves and doesn't help share the files to others. Use a regular torrent client like µTorrent or Azureus.

Thanks for your quick reply, but it doesnt give me an option when saving it, only comes up with limewire - any suggestions as to how i change that would be appreciated.

I assume you're on Windows so check your online help for how to change file associations. You need to associate .torrent to your other torrent client. Most programs allow you to do this from inside the program itself which is probably the easiest option.

There are two issues here:

1) Your torrent client is not accepting incoming connection attempts. You either have a firewall blocking incoming connections or you're behind a broadband router and haven't properly configured a port forward to your torrent client. It might also be a combination of the two. I can't stress enough how important it is to allow incoming connections with all P2P software. Because if you don't, you will never be able to help share the files with other people who also block incoming connections. This in turn will put more strain on me since I now have to send a full copy of the file both to you and to the other people blocking incoming connections. You can't send anything to them which defeats the basic purpose of torrents. Please, correct this.

2) I restrict the number of incoming connections to me to two from each user. Despite that I write on the forum, asking people to only download one file at a time, some people try to download every Fame torrent simultaneously. It's even worse with the people who queue all hundreds of Sissel videos... Since I mostly is the only person sharing these files, a person behaving like this will get an unproportionally high share of my bandwidth which will make other downloaders suffer so that's the reason for the limit. I can see that both your allowed incoming connections to me are in use. They might simply be stalled because of some temporary network error and they will timeout in a day or so then. But it may also be that your client doesn't disconnect from seeds when it has finished downloads and then it will be impossible for you to establish more connections to me. You should check your settings in your client and make sure it disconnects from seeds when it has finished a download. Solving issue number 1 (port forwards) is the better option for the community though.

And finally the moral lecture to the other people who have already downloaded Fame from me: If you had continued sharing the files, then bigguyuk would surely have been able to get it from one of you instead. It's all about redundancy and I will not be here forever sharing the files. It's up to all of you to help other Fame fans get a copy.
