thank you for your prompt reply.anything at all that you have would be appreciated.i may have seen the news short that you refer to.the problem for me is that the quality of anything that i watch on youtube is quite poor and not worth recording to keep.i only thought to contact you since it has been over a year since she and Brynn performed that concert and i had hoped that someone,anyone,who recorded that program would share it with other sissel fans abroad.to my ears they sound great together and any collaboration between them is well worth hearing. yours sincerely

This is what I've got but prepare for a disappointment. The only news report actually showing pictures from the show is the one from "Kveldsnytt" which features about 10 seconds of "Ave Maria". The other news reports only show a few seconds of Sissel and Bryn rehearsing. No interviews - no nothing.

thanks for the links.unfortuneatley when i clicked them on nothing happens,i just get the rolling circle.i have tried several times over the past week at different times.am i doing anything wrong?

I don't know if you've tried this, but I right-clicked each link and chose the "Save link as" option (because apparently I absolutely must have everything archived

). After doing that, the videos played just fine (and I tried saving them again now - working).

They don't show much of her singing, but they're still worth checking out (thanks pp), so I hope this helped. Let us know.

Btw, I use Firefox - don't know about other browsers - so if the links still won't work, it might be the browser messing with you.

yes thank you it worked fine the way you advised.you were correct,there is not much there really especially for me without subtitles.i can only hope that the concert segments with Sissel and Brynn are broadcast in their entirety one day.i appreciate your effort in making these available to me. yours sincerely

sorry for my belated reply regards the vlc player.i finally downloaded it today and just as you said it plays the subtitles just fine!it was nice to know what they were talking about after all this time.as an added bonus this program also managed to play some other obscure files that i had previously downloaded from other sources and had given up hope that i would ever be able to watch them.once again you have saved the day.yours sincerely
